I love our precious trees. They are home to birds, and a couple of the bigger trees have holes in their trunks that no doubt serve as burrows.

These trees seem so fragile but looks are deceiving, they’ve survived drought years, lightening, and heavy snow.

The scanty leaves remind me of songbirds.
